The Alden Shoe Company was founded in 1884 by Charles H. Alden in Middleborough, Massachusetts. Alden has manufactured exceptional men’s shoes for over 120 years. The top-grade smooth leather used in the uppers is selected from the finest tanneries in the world and then hand-stained and polished to the classic patina that is the hallmark of the custom bootmaker's art.
