They feature an extended tongue with webbing tab, a padded upper back with lines of topstitching and a zippered cargo pocket. They have fourteen eyelets with contrast laces, a zipper on the inside ankle for easy fastening and shark-toothed bumper soles. This mediumweight lamb leather is veg tanned and finished with aniline. The surface texture, which is the natural grain of the skin, is achieved by tumbling the skins for 15 hours in a wooden drum. Veg tanning means only vegetal and natural tannins were used in the process of tanning and preserving this leather. This tannery is lwg audited.
