This style has a slightly oversized silhouette featuring a loose waist seam with gathers into a fuller skirt. The Whistle Dress also has a stand collar with delicate ruffle, button through front placket and concealed side pockets. This style is designed to be worn loose with an oversized silhouette so if a slimmer fit is preferred it can be sized down.
