Inspired by a traditional fisherman’s sweater from Ireland’s Aran Isles, this sweater is knit from pure merino wool from Italy. Merino is warm but lightweight, soft but rugged, and naturally temperature-regulating — in other words, an excellent choice for a sweater. It’s knit in a chunky, 7-gauge stitch inspired by a classic cable knit.
